Reform: Foundation Flow
Beginner | 60 minutes
A 60 minute essentials class ideal for beginners, slower-paced movers, pre-natal clients and anyone returning to Pilates post injury. Learn to use the reformer safely, master basic principles, and build confidence through low-impact movement. Expect guided breathwork and beginner-friendly exercises with optional progressions. A calm, educational class to set you up for success.
Reform: Energised Flow
Beginner–Intermediate | 60 minutes
A 60 minute steady, technique-focused mixed-level class designed to build strength, mobility and flow. After a short warm-up, your instructor tailors the session to the room- offering prep variations for beginners or full versions for confident movers on the reformer. Expect a balanced mix of core, legs, arms and back work using balls, circles and box variations. Energising, clear, and never rushed.
Reform: Sculpt Flow
Intermediate–Advanced | 45 minutes
Our strength-driven reformer class designed to sculpt, challenge and define. Each session focuses on upper body, lower body or the full body, using traditional reformer repertoire alongside dynamic strength variations with circles, bands, balls and dumbbells. Expect powerful sequences, controlled pacing and mobility work to balance the body. Perfect for regular movers ready to level up.
Reform: Rebound Flow
Intermediate-Advanced | 45 minutes
A fun, cardio-based trampoline reformer class blending energising rebounding with intermediate strength work. Enjoy low-impact jumping sequences on the reformer challenging your legs, glutes and core, mixed with upper-body and core exercises for overall balanced training. Light, uplifting and sweat-boosting—ideal for anyone who wants heart beat-raising Pilates without joint strain.
