PILATES
Our Low impact class is performed on a mat with the focus of lengthening and strengthening a broad range of muscles mostly including your core.

BODY STRONG
A mixed level callisthenics class designed to build body weight strength and confidence. This class requires no previous experience. Strong posture and core are at the foundation of these movements, so whether you want to do a perfect handstand, perform a push up or just challenge your body like you have never done before, this class is for you.

YOGA
Recharge and energise your practice with our yoga classes.
Taught in small groups it allows you to challenge yourself in a safe enviroment.
Our classes are suitable to all levels, however we do offer SLO FLO classes to individuals new to Yoga.

PURE STRENGTH
This class is focussed on building the fundamental strength with pushing exercises, pulling exercises, squats and deadlifts.
Improve your strength form as well as reduce the risk of injury with small group coached sessions

BOOTY CORE
A functional class using bands and bodyweight, it's an opportunity to get back top basics as well as challenging yourself in different ways.
